Customer should be 18 Years of age and above:
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Ordering
When you place an order on any of our websites you will receive confirmation of your order and of dispatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.
While we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the headgearaudio.in website we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked the details of the products you order as they may have changed since you last viewed them on our website.
All products displayed on our websites are subject to availability.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of dispatch sent to the email account provided by you. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Headgear Audio through this website shall be governed and construed according to Indian law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable or damaged ，you must inform us within 2 days of receipt，Email our customer service to support@headgearaudio.in with your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange with providing the items are returned completely in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your email. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to the management of Headgear Audio. Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged. In these cases, the items will be returned to you.
About return for exchange, except the item is faulty, or return for full refund , you will be required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs including the return of the items to us., If returning items to us by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon received items returned as defective, we will arrange for an exchange or full refund. Headgear Audio’s decision is final.
Non liability Clauses:
Headgear Audio will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on https://headgearaudio.in/. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
Order Fulfillment:
Headgear Audio will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any city, where we used “Private Courier Companies” (eg. Blue Dart, Fedex,DTDC, DHL etc) that services your pincode to ship your order.
Changes in Price and Stock Availability:
The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Headgear Audio.
Order Cancellations:
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on https://headgearaudio.in/ shall be entertained only if your order hasn’t already been dispatched.
Incorrect Pricing:
Headgear Audio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
Delayed Delivery:
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Headgear Audio for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
Customer Information:
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Headgear Audio reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Headgear Audio has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of https://headgearaudio.in/ without prior intimation whatsoever.
Third party Fraud:
Headgear Audio will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
